Feel
The still serenity
of day break daydreaming
the crystal fairies
upon the clear glass lake
scattering reflections of
hushed, all knowing trees
see
the flourishing violets
dancing to the breaths
of the hibernating bear
the curious fawn
flushed with rich sunlight
taste
the still sticky gum
attached to the rustic rocking bench
in the patch of frayed abandoned weeds
that just won't die
walk
through the fallen leaves
brown form untold age
scrap the fluorescent sky and collect the daps
of sky cotton under your thinning belt
